SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. In rare circumstances, we may take a little longer to ship your order. The usual transit time is a maximum of 3 to 4 days but it can get shorter or longer depending on transit conditions.

To track your order:

Your tracking id’s will be emailed once the shipping is done

In case of any delay, we will keep you informed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Nida Cosmetics, we believe in a transparent and hassle-free return policy for all products purchased from our website.


Each product is crafted with great care and precision, to spread goodness and delight!

However, if you ever feel the need to replace a product, due to the following reasons, please feel free to reach out to us, if:

- Incorrect product is received
- Product is damaged, tampered with, or leaking on arrival
- Item(s) is(are) missing from the order
- Issues with quality or quantity. In any of the above cases, we urge you to get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order. We're here to assist you & your satisfaction truly matters!


Email the images along with your order details to contact.nidacosmetics@gmail.com within 24 hours after the delivery. Once we check the images, we will send you a replacement for the same

Alternatively, you can send a “Hi” on WhatsApp to +91 90671667713 > Send Replacement/Missed/Damage/Wrong product/Product issues” to proceed further.

Nida Cosmetics Customer Relationship Team will address the query within 24 hours.

​Please note that we will be unable to help with returns or exchanges, under the following circumstances:

a) If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.​
b) If the product is used or altered by the user.​
c) If the product is returned without/damaged original packaging including, price tags, and labels.

REFUNDS

You can receive a refund only in case of a cancellation. Once the cancellation request has been accepted, the money will be refunded within 3-5 business days.​Once the refund is initiated you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. We also request you to check your bank statement for refund details.

    Our formulas are designed with sensitive skin in mind, but we always recommend a patch test before full use, especially if you have known allergies.
  • Do you test on animals?
    Never. Nida Cosmetics is 100% cruelty-free—our products are tested only on willing humans (mostly our team and happy customers!).
  • Are there preservatives in your handmade items?
    We use only natural or plant-based preservatives when needed. Most of our products are preservative-free and should be used within the recommended timeframe.
  • Are your products cruelty-free?
    Absolutely! All Nida Cosmetics products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
  • Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
    Yes, our products are chemical free and handmade for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend patch-testing before full use.
  • Are all your products handmade?
    Yes! Each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and attention to detail.
  • Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?
    No, our formulas are free from parabens, sulfates, and other harmful chemicals. We prioritize clean beauty without compromising performance.
  • How long do handmade products last?
    Our products are made fresh and typically have a shelf life of 6–12 months. Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs.999. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will apply.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, while express options take 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship across India and will soon be shipping internationally. You can check availability at checkout by entering your delivery address. For international shipping updates, please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media.
  • How can I track my order?
